The breakfast experience was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the service provided by Mr. Vladimir. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and both the check-in and check-out experiences were smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciated the valet parking service. we had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful hotel and we are definitely planning to return in the future.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a relaxing area, just next door to the old theater, the river Tepla and the Grandhotel Pupp and a main attraction itself. The rooms were generous-sized and very well decorated with large beds, front view plus lovely bathroom as described. Everything here was perfectly fine.

We loved the panoramic view and clean facilities at this hotel, especially the thermal pool and sauna. The staff were polite and accommodated our early check-in. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to all the attractions from the city center to the thermal place. The breakfast had an excellent selection and the bed and sofa were very comfy.
